I never realized what the impact of one swing would do when I think about it... But Geovany Soto, one of my favorite Cubs, did it today... He awakened the hearts of Cubs fans everywhere and uplifted a new spirit into everyone who pretty much thought the game was over. People left for the exits and it looked like the game was lost. Here were the views I had today... including the infamous initiation of the pole...  Yes, I expected it, but I certainly wasn't complaining. These were the best seats I ever had before. Thank you, babe! ;)

The Results... Things look bad.... very bad... and this is to my standards.

if I wanted to claim any sort of dibs on anything, I might have to overpay on Craigslist. Hell, even two games against the Washington Nationals, one of the worst teams in modern baseball, are sold out. The entire series against Florida in July is also, oddly, sold out. I ( Read more... )
